Located in the small quiet town of Tanunda in the Barossa Valley, the Tanunda Bakery offers a wide range of traditional German breads, such as German Rye Sourdoughs, Vollkorn Sourdough Ryes all made from our own sourdough culture. Artisan Sourdoughs are available in white and wholemeal. Other traditional German treats include Bienenstich, German Yeast cake and Streusel Buns, and then of course there are our famous Pretzels too!
